Our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice is seeking a ServiceNow Consultant with extensive knowledge in the implementation, enhancement and maintenance of Now Platforms suite of products that include Performance Analytics, Application Portfolio Management (APM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) and Knowledge Management. This role is a remote position and will be part of our managed services program team supporting a Federal Government initiative.

This individual will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Work collaboratively in a team of ServiceNow consultants and client stakeholders to provide technical expertise through the implementation and enhancement of new and/or existing ServiceNow modules
• Serve as ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert
• Conduct business requirements gathering and application design sessions to effectively translate requirements into technical specifications
• Design, develop, test and deploy custom integrations for third-party applications
• Work with ServiceNow team to investigate and resolve complex support issues
• Participate in Change Control Board (CCB) activities to review all configuration or code changes proposed
• Ensure the utilization of effective SDLC methods in all aspects and/or phases of the application enhancement process
• Provide system administration assistance as needed
• Create and/or maintain accurate system documentation for the ServiceNow environment

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 4 years of ServiceNow configuration, deployment and administration experience in a large enterprise environment
• Configuration and/or administration experience must include all core modules and the Performance Analytics, APM, PPM, GRC and Knowledge Management modules
• 4 years of experience with JavaScript
• Strong knowledge of application development methodologies e.g. Agile, DevOps etc.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• ITIL v3 Certification
• MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
• MUST POSSESS AN ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE OR MEET ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

COMPENSATION:

• Salary commensurate with experience
• 10% annual performance bonus
• Benefits include 15 days of PTO, 11 paid public holidays, medical, dental, vision, 4% employer match 401K plan, life insurance, short and long term disability insurance, etc.
